Job summary

Nitto Avecia seeks a Contracts Manager to lead a scalable contracting organization across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations and Legal. You will draft, negotiate, execute and administer diverse agreements while optimizing workflows and maintaining compliance.

The role requires 5–7 years of contracts management experience, familiarity with CLM systems (DocuSign CLM preferred) and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–7 years of contracts management experience.
• Experience in biotechnology/healthcare regulated manufacturing; ISO 13485 knowledge.
• Expertise in complex multi-type contract negotiations and risk allocation.
• Proven DocuSign CLM or similar platform administration with AI clause detection and obligation management.
• Strong communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, execute and administer commercial agreements.
• Track performance, obligations, renewals and compliance; manage renewals.
• Maintain clause libraries, playbooks and templates.
• Improve processes to reduce cycle times and enhance user experience.
• Escalate risks and coordinate with Legal and business owners.
