Job summary

NVE Experience Agency, a brand experience and production agency, is seeking a senior commercial attorney or seasoned business affairs professional to lead complex contracting. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related agreements to protect the company’s commercial interests.

The ideal candidate will have strong contract law knowledge, IP awareness, and excellent negotiation and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with JD and 4-8+ years of relevant commercial legal experience, or Business Affairs professional with 6-10+ years of direct experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, risk allocation, intellectual property, and related legal considerations.
• Excellent commercial judgment, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently draft, review, redline, negotiate and finalize vendor MSAs, client MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and other commercial contracts.
• Provide substantive legal guidance on indemnification, liability, insurance, intellectual property, confidentiality, and contractual risk allocation.
• Manage competing deadlines and high-volume contracting needs independently.
