Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal/Sr. Principal Contract Administrator to support the Integrate Battle Command System (IBCS) unit. The role is on-site in Huntsville, Alabama or Linthicum, Maryland, with responsibilities across high-volume DoD and international contracts.

You will interface with executive leadership, manage relationships, and ensure successful contract execution in a dynamic environment while adhering to compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and required years of experience per level.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance)

Responsibilities

• Prioritize contract activities and manage multiple tasks.
• Identify contractual risks and mitigate with appropriate provisions.
• Serve as a key business advisor to program managers on contractual matters.
• Oversee all phases of contract administration from negotiation to termination.
• Plan and execute negotiations to achieve favorable terms and profits.
• Maintain customer intimacy across geography and teams.
• Make timely decisions under deadlines and pressure.
• Collaborate with technical, program, finance, and compliance teams.
• Maintain organized records for easy access and auditing.
