Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Contracts Administrator in Linthicum, MD for an on-site role with a 9/80 schedule. The candidate will support the Longbow Fire Control Radar program, interfacing with Program Management and Global Supply Chain, and manage contract changes and negotiations.

Required are a Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or 9 years of relevant experience) and strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS. U.S. citizenship is required; prior security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field, or 9 years of applicable experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and contract types.
• Ability to analyze regulatory changes and their impact on contracts/subcontracts.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Review terms and conditions to address financial terms, acceptance criteria, delivery requirements, IP, termination provisions, indemnification, and risks.
• Develop solutions to routine and complex contractual matters to ensure compliance on assigned programs.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals related to cash management and sales.
• Prepare written communications with internal and external customers for contractual matters.
• Maintain contract data in the Enterprise Accounting System.
• Ensure timely delivery of all contractual deliverables.
