Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Principal Contract Administrator to support production and development programs in CIS/C&CS. Based out of Annapolis Junction, MD or San Antonio, TX, the role focuses on contracts with prime and subcontractor customers, including cybersecurity-related work.

The candidate will lead RFP reviews, negotiate and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, while coordinating with program directors and business managers on high-visibility programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law or related field with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years.
• US Citizenship required and TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly preferred; ability to obtain clearance.
• Familiarity with FARs/DFARS in proposal development, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Experience with contract types such as CPIF, FFP, and T&M.

Responsibilities

• Lead solicitation and RFP review, analysis, proposal preparation, and signoff.
• Negotiate, administer, extend and close standard and nonstandard contracts in accordance with policy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
• Collaborate with program teams (finance, supply chain, quality, legal, pricing) to ensure program performance.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Enter and maintain contract data in Contract Management or ERP systems; ensure timely deliverables and invoicing.
• Analyze non-disclosure, teaming, and software licensing agreements.
