Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Manager Programs 3) in Huntsville, AL, to lead the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) program within GC2S. You will oversee a multi-hundred person team, manage SAFe development trains, and ensure cost, schedule, and performance objectives align with customer priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of relevant program management experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• Experience with baselining large, complex development programs and with EVMS, CAM, risk & opportunity management.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Agile processes and software development in large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet cost, schedule and technical objectives.
• Establish and manage program baselines and master plans.
• Drive risk management, contract changes, budgets and schedules.
