Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements, including administration of MAS, OASIS+, and other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, in coordination with the Office of the General Counsel.

You will evaluate contract vehicles, coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, review RFPs, assist with proposal responses, monitor contract performance, and maintain internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Seven or more years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with government entities.
• Experience administering GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles and SAM.gov registrations.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA requirements; manage MAS, OASIS+ and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Coordinate with Office of the General Counsel on NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and support proposal responses.
• Monitor contract performance, reporting, modifications, and closeout; drive process improvements.
