Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. This role oversees MAS contract administration, GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, and OGC coordination for legal reviews of NDAs and subcontracts.

The role drives vehicle evaluation, pursuit strategy, and proposal compliance, while monitoring certifications and representations across federal, state, and local regimes.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with federal, state and local governments.
• GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle experience including modifications, sales reporting and renewals.
• SAM.gov entity registration with annual renewal and FAR representations (FAR 52.204-8).
• Experience supporting federal, state and local government proposals.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend contract and grant vehicles based on growth, risk and compliance.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
• Lead input on terms and conditions, representations, and certifications in proposals.
• Monitor contract lifecycle from kick-off to closeout and ensure compliance obligations are met.
