Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements across MAS, OASIS+, and GWACs. This role partners with OGC and internal teams to evaluate vehicles, draft terms, and coordinate NDAs and subcontracts.

The candidate will monitor regulatory updates, provide risk assessments, and support strategy for pre- and post-award activities, ensuring scalable, compliant results.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of contracts, grants and compliance experience with federal, state and local governments.
• Three or more years of direct administration of a GSA MAS or federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle.
• Experience owning a SAM.gov registration and annual renewals.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of government contracts and grants.
• Evaluate contract vehicles and coordinate with Legal for NDAs and subcontracts.
• Review proposals and ensure representations, terms, and certifications meet compliance.
• Monitor regulatory updates and provide risk assessments to leaders.
