Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. You will support the firm’s MAS, OASIS+, and other GWAC/IDIQ vehicles in coordination with the Office of the General Counsel, and monitor SAM.gov registrations and representations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Four+ years of relevant contracts and compliance with Federal and State Governments, required.
• ≥1 year of support to a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+), including reporting, required.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications, required.
• Three+ years supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants, required.
• Experience applying FAR/DFARS and other contracting rules, required.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 8.4 and FAR Part 16.5, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies relevant contract vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Prepares and coordinates required contractual and grant documentation for submissions.
• Assists with proposal language for competitive contract vehicles.
• Monitors ongoing reporting and admin requirements of active vehicles.
• Coordinates preparation, routing, and execution of NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Reviews RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinates legal review.
• Develops business responses to contractual sections of proposals.
• Analyzes key clauses and provides compliance assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Acts as liaison between internal teams and government contracting officers during proposals.
• Ensures deliverables and contractual obligations are tracked and met on time.
• Develops and maintains internal processes for compliance; conducts audits and reviews.
• Monitors regulatory changes and updates internal practices.
