Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required as listed in minimum qualifications.
• Five years of paralegal, legal or contract administration experience preferred.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, nine years of relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, negotiates, awards and manages contracts and subcontracts with Category Managers and Strategic Procurement.
• Manages day-to-day administration of contract documentation and reviews redline responses.
• Drafts terms and conditions to balance business and supplier needs and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Develops contract templates (master and addenda) and information technology and NDA agreements.
• Creates training materials and trains staff on contracting best practices and risk mitigation.
• Provides risk management support and education through negotiations and initiatives.
