The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid work model at APS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
3 years procurement experience with strategic supply chain exposure.
Alternative: CPM/CPSM + 7 years procurement experience.
Experience negotiating with suppliers.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements category strategies to optimize cost and supplier performance.
Leads major procurement projects from planning to execution and contract compliance.
Analyzes market intelligence and should-cost models to drive savings and lifecycle value.
Manages supplier relationships and performance indicators to mitigate issues.
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals.
Supports risk management and supplier diversity initiatives within the category.
Participates in continuous improvement efforts across procurement processes.
