Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor degree in business, engineering, law or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Eight (8) years of progressive experience in contract management, business operations or related areas.
• In lieu of bachelor’s degree, combination of coursework and/or experience totaling 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement vendor contracts aligned with goals, regulatory requirements and standards.
• Lead contract negotiations and amendments with vendors to optimize value.
• Monitor contract compliance and resolve deviations before impacting operations.
• Leverage data analytics to create dashboards and reports on contract spend, timelines and KPIs.
