Coloplast is seeking a Contract Analyst to manage customer contracts and support the sales team in Minneapolis. You will oversee the contract lifecycle from proposal through performance, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, and Global Operations to ensure timely, compliant execution.

The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to balance multiple initiatives while adhering to industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area is required.
• 3+ years experience working with contracts, negotiations, or legal department; healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, and Global Operations

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Sales team to establish contractual relationships with key customers and organizations.
• Analyze contract terms and conditions for compliance and risk.
• Serve as point of contact for internal clients on contract negotiation.
• Build relationships with internal teams to facilitate timely decision-making and contract execution.
• Assist with negotiation of customer contracts on business terms when requested.
• Ensure corporate requirements are met: notifications, documentation, price file uploads, record management, and database updates.
• Develop reports for senior management on contract performance.
• Design queries from data sources to support contractual requirements.
• Adhere to Advamed Code of Ethics and company policies.
