Job summary

Coloplast in Minneapolis, MN, seeks a Senior Manager, Patient Advocacy & Public Affairs to lead US payor and policy engagement. You will educate payors and policy makers through patient groups, professional societies, and industry associations to enable sustainable growth and improve patient access to Coloplast offerings.

You will report to the VP of U.S. Payors and Evidence and collaborate with Global Government Affairs colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of engagements in patient advocacy or public affairs campaigns.
• Strong written, verbal, and media communications skills.
• Ability to form strategic relationships with key stakeholder groups.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent spokesperson abilities and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Report health policy and payment risks to internal teams.
• Support market access, reimbursement, and government affairs initiatives.
• Drive external stakeholder engagement through patient groups, societies, and associations.
• Coordinate with internal Coloplast teams to align public affairs with business objectives.
• Develop and manage campaigns; measure outcomes and advise next steps.
• Mobilize stakeholders to influence payors, providers, and patients.
