Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager in Minneapolis to lead upstream marketing for an IU portfolio. You’ll own global marketing deliverables across the PDP, build business cases, and inform lifecycle decisions.

You’ll work with VoC/VoB insights throughout development and launch readiness with a cross-functional team. You will drive product strategy, engage with customers, and shape roadmaps while coordinating with R&D, regulatory, and market access teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of upstream marketing, product management, marketing strategy, or related experience
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead others
• Able to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Define global customer needs and product requirements through direct engagement with customers and commercial teams
• Collaborate with R&D and marketing partners to translate requirements into product features and analyze trade-offs
• Own upstream marketing deliverables for PDP phase/gate reviews for assigned programs
• Identify market opportunities with business case analysis and financial modeling
• Develop and execute product roadmaps and long-range plans
• Develop value propositions and product positioning for assigned programs
• Integrate reimbursement, regulatory, and market access considerations early in strategy
