Coloplast is hiring a Regulatory & Payer Operations Support Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead local regulatory activities, Medicaid/payer coordination, and insurance verification with prior authorizations.

The role partners with clinical, revenue cycle, regulatory teams and supports audits, records retrieval, and office operations. The ideal candidate brings Medicaid/payer experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' Medicaid/Medicare payer operations experience.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Experience supporting audits and regulatory reviews.
• Strong Microsoft Office and documentation management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Affairs: maintain survey readiness and regulatory documentation.
• Medicaid & Payer: interpret regulations and coordinate payer relations.
• Insurance Verification & PA: verify eligibility and manage prior authorizations.
• Audit & Medical Records: gather records and respond to audits.
• Office Admin: support onboarding, training, records, and policy compliance.
