Job summary

The Project Coordinator at Petauri serves as the central point for contracting activities, coordinating end-to-end workflows for SOWs, NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, amendments, and renewals with clients and internal teams.

You will track workstreams, manage timelines, maintain templates, and elevate client feedback to improve service delivery while supporting cross-functional colleagues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3+ years in client success, account management, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator and point of contact for client contracting activities.
• Manage contracting workstreams: MSAs, NDAs, CDAs, new SOWs, renewal SOWs, and amendments.
• Develop, maintain, and improve contracting processes, workflows, and documentation tracking.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, legal, leadership, client managers, and cross-functional teams.
