Job summary

Peregrine Technologies in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Contract Administrator to turn executed contracts into clear, coordinated action. You will review agreements, identify obligations and deadlines, map requirements to business goals, and drive post‑award administration with client advocates, legal counsel, and other stakeholders.

You will become an essential point of contact for customers, internal teams, and resellers as they navigate amendments, notices, renewals, and other post‑award

Qualifications

• 5+ years contracting experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience with government contracting preferred (federal/state/local).
• Proficient with contract lifecycle management systems and Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review executed contracts to identify obligations, deadlines, and requirements.
• Drive post‑award administration with clients, legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Manage 300+ active contracts and renewals; document milestones in Salesforce.
