Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to drive strategic planning, governance, and resource management across a multi-program portfolio. You will manage budgets, schedules, and dashboards, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities include updating MSP plans, producing monthly financial analyses, and coordinating U.S. and U.K. staffing and deliverables. A PMP and strong experience with Power BI and MSP are preferred in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive improvements in business processes and governance.
• Experience coordinating large portfolios and governance reviews.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio planning and governance for 100+ projects.
• Maintain MSP plans and track budgets, forecasts, and labor allocations.
• Produce monthly portfolio reports and NTI deliverables.
• Coordinate resource planning for US and UK teams.
• Develop and maintain Path-To-Power/Engines STLF dashboards.
