  • Experience with Wrike, Smartsheet or WorkFront is preferred.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage risks.
  • Launch experience and change management skills are valued.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains detailed project timelines for all stakeholders.
  • Manages day-to-day project activities including status tracking and documentation.
  • Identifies risks and escalates issues with proposed solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage scope, resources, and deliverables.
  • Leads internal meetings and follows up on action items; supports post-project evaluations.

Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains detailed project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of key milestones and deadlines
  • Manages day-to-day project activities, including status tracking, meeting coordination, and documentation
  • Proactively identifies risks and roadblocks, escalating issues and proposing solutions to keep projects on track
  • Partners with internal teams and external vendors to manage project scope, resources, and deliverables
  • Facilitates internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items
  • Supports post-project evaluations to identify learnings and opportunities for process improvement
Operations
  • Utilizes project management tools and systems to track progress, manage documentation, and report on project health
  • Contributes to the development and refinement of project management best practices and SOPs
  • Collaborates PM leadership and account teams to support resource planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project management at a life sciences agency; market access agency experience is preferred but not a requirement
  • Working understanding of agency process (including both digital and print resources), job-tracking systems and/or Project Management software (i.e., Smartsheet, WorkFront, etc.), and best practices; direct experience with Wrike platform is preferred but not a requirement
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, manage conflict resolution, and collaborate with others
  • Launch experience is preferred
  • Exceeds at identifying and managing risk implications
  • Ability to drive change and achieve results in a dynamic environment
