Petauri is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end contracting processes, coordinating between clients, internal stakeholders, and Petauri Legal to ensure timely execution of SOWs, NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, amendments, and renewals.
You will manage multiple workstreams, maintain templates, and monitor timelines, while building relationships with clients, legal counsel, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the end-to-end contracting process to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution of client agreements. This role serves as a central point of coordination among clients, internal stakeholders, and Petauri Legal for the development, review, execution, and tracking of Statements of Work (SOW), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Master Services Agreements (MSAs), amendments, and renewals.
The Project Coordinator manages multiple contracting workstreams simultaneously, monitors timelines and deliverables, maintains documentation and templates, and helps identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness.
