Job summary

Petauri seeks a hands-on Project Finance Associate to support the day-to-day financial administration of client projects, focusing on accurate setup, data management, reporting, and billing support. You will work closely with Finance, Project Management, Account Management, and other internal teams to keep project and financial information complete and timely across systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
5–7 years in project finance, financial administration, billing support or similar.
Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, formulas.

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and close projects across project platforms with accurate information.
Prepare recurring project financial reports for Finance and leadership.
Support monthly client invoicing and billing data validation.
Coordinate with project managers to resolve missing information and discrepancies.
Assist with revenue tracking, month-end close, and project reconciliations.
