Job summary

Petauri is seeking a Project Coordinator to drive end-to-end contracting processes, coordinating between clients, internal stakeholders, and Petauri Legal to ensure timely execution of SOWs, NDAs, CDAs, MSAs, amendments, and renewals.

You will manage multiple workstreams, maintain templates, and monitor timelines, while building relationships with clients, legal counsel, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support service delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years in client success, account management, or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge regarding the pharmaceutical industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator and point of contact for client contracting activities.
• Manage and track MSAs, NDAs, CDAs, new SOWs, renewals, and amendments.
• Develop and improve contracting processes, workflows, and templates.
• Coordinate preparation, review, and execution of SOWs.
• Build relationships with clients, legal counsel, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Collect and elevate client feedback to improve service delivery.
• Monitor quality assurance and ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Research industry trends to optimize contracting activities.
• Travel for client meetings as needed.
• Support professional development and team objectives.
