Job summary

Educology Solutions seeks a Contract Project Manager to oversee organizational development training programs for WSSC Water. You will serve as the primary liaison, ensure schedules and quality, and manage both in-person and virtual cohorts across departments.

Responsibilities include start-up planning, staffing, logistics, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement through regular reviews and approvals of key personnel changes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years managing multi-year public-sector, utility-training, or comparably sized and complex organizational training contracts.
• Experience coordinating rolling schedules across multiple utility departments and managing simultaneous in-person and virtual instructor-led cohorts.
• PMP certification or an equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between WSSC Water and the Contractor, maintaining timely, proactive communication regarding training needs, schedules, delivery status, risks, and performance.
• Lead contract start-up, work planning, resource assignment, and ongoing management of instructor-led training engagements.
• Coordinate rolling training schedules across multiple departments and manage concurrent in-person and virtual instructor-led cohorts.
• Ensure each course is staffed with qualified instructional personnel and that training logistics, materials, technology, participant communications, and delivery resources are ready before each session.
• Oversee task-order/work-order intake and translate training requests into actionable delivery plans, schedules, staffing assignments, and quality-control checkpoints.
• Monitor training delivery performance, including attendance tracking, participant feedback, assessments, and training-effectiveness metrics.
• Lead regular performance reviews with WSSC Water; identify issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure continuity of operations and manage any proposed replacement of key personnel, confirming that replacements meet qualifications and receive approval.
• Coordinate closely with the Lead Instructional Designer to ensure curriculum aligns with priorities and delivery formats (in-person and virtual).
• Maintain responsibility for contract compliance, schedule adherence, deliverable quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
