WSSC Water seeks an experienced Core Instructional Faculty to deliver engaging, adult-focused training for employees. You will conduct in-person sessions at designated facilities and virtual sessions via approved online platforms, covering professional development, leadership, and technical skills.

Please bring five+ years of instructional-delivery experience, plus subject-matter expertise in behavioral-development modules and project-management fundamentals.

Qualifications

• At least five years of active instructional-delivery experience serving adult professionals.
• Subject-matter expertise in behavioral-development modules including conflict resolution and inclusion.
• Ability to deliver project-management fundamentals and digital-technology/software training.
• Preferred credentials include ATD, SHRM-SCP, or ICF certifications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led courses in person and virtually using approved platforms.
• Facilitate engaging, inclusive learning experiences for adult professionals at various skill levels.
• Deliver training in professional, leadership, behavioral, and technical competencies.
• Apply adult-learning practices that encourage participation and on-the-job application.
• Deliver behavioral-skills content such as conflict resolution, DEI, and emotional intelligence.
• Deliver technical and operations training to close skill gaps in digital tools.
• Tailor methods to participant needs and organizational context.
• Use approved curriculum and provide feedback for content improvements.
• Support attendance data collection and course evaluations; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain current subject-matter expertise and relevant credentials.
