Job summary

Trinity Consultants is seeking a Shared Services Manager to lead a cross-functional team supporting the Water and Ecology program in the western U.S. The role oversees staff development, performance against annual plans, and strategic direction while aligning with the company mission and values.

The position reports to senior leadership and participates in ERP implementation, accounting processes, data analytics, and QA/QC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience in cross-functional team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics.
• Experience with project delivery practices and quality control systems.
• General experience with accounting, contracts, data analytics, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by mentoring shared services staff and managing BU performance.
• Lead monthly Shared Services Department meetings and engage feedback from all BU Departments.
• Engage and maintain relationships with Trinity Financial, Systems, Safety and IT Leaders.
• Monitor resources, approve new hires, and proactively manage resource leveling.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, and implement operational elements of strategic plans.
• Oversee training programs to ensure staff have safety and technical skills.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving measures.
• Align ERP, accounting processes and controls, and data management to common goals.
