WSSC Water seeks a Lead Instructional Designer to design, adapt, and maintain a cohesive, learner-centered curriculum portfolio supporting professional development, leadership, and digital-skills training for classroom and virtual environments.

You will lead the design lifecycle, develop multi-tier learning paths, update guides and materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor content to agency needs, applying adult-learning principles and ensuring scalable training assets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years designing adult-learning curriculum paths.
• Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, or CPTD credential.
• Experience developing sequential, progressive learning paths including multi-month leadership-development models.
• Ability to create training assets for both physical classrooms and interactive virtual environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Develop multi-tier, sequential learning paths for progression.
• Create and update guides, workbooks, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Ensure assets work in classroom and virtual ILT environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor content to agency needs and learner levels.
• Map content to professional-development, leadership-development, and digital-technology topics.
• Incorporate adult-learning principles and performance measures into designs.
• Support instructors with facilitator guides and updates based on feedback.
• Maintain version control and quality assurance for all materials.
