Job summary

Crowned Grace International (CGINTL) seeks an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a multi-year organizational development and workforce training program for a large public water utility client in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC. You will be the single point of accountability for the program, directing every task order from request to closeout.

This on-site role requires PMP certification, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least five years managing complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active PMP certification preferred or required for the role.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing multi-year public-sector or utility training contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the written task-order proposal: qualifications, scope and price.
• Maintain an integrated master schedule of all task orders.
• Direct all contract personnel and ensure written authorization before work.
• Deliver evaluations, end-of-program reports, and badges/certificates within 30 business days.
• Oversee ISO 9001:2015 quality system on the contract.
• Manage MBE/SLBE retention and subcontractor payments within 15 days.
• Administer background investigations and Key Personnel changes.
