Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree plus two years of closeout or contracting experience required, or 4+ years of experience with no degree.
• Intermediate knowledge of contract closeout procedures.
• Ability to communicate and draft contract provisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contracting Officer with the quick closeout process.
• Verify all invoices are submitted and paid before closing an order.
• Enter correct information into financial systems for proper closeout.
