Job summary

US Federal Solutions seeks a Contract Closeout Analyst to support a DOT client in a hybrid role. You will oversee timely closeout of government contracts, including reconciling obligations and costs, preparing final invoices, and terminating subcontracts and purchase orders.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, file review for compliance, and ensuring proper documentation and property disposition. Strong Excel skills, 3+ years of closeout/financial analysis, and US citizenship with ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in contract closeout or financial analysis.
• Experience with PRISM.
• Knowledge of FAR in contracting and procurement.
• Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost and price analysis to determine final closeout costs.
• Review and update financial and administrative files to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers to confirm all requirements and documentation.
• Prepare and submit final invoices with proper coding and approvals.
• Verify contract modifications and maintain documentation.
• Ensure proper termination of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure custody and disposition of government property per regulations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
