Job summary

Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street) seeks a Procurement Analyst (Contract Closeout Specialist) to support Federal civilian and defense agencies. This on-site role is based in Washington, DC and requires meticulous contract closeout work.

You will prepare contract actions for closeout, perform desk audits, reconcile invoices, and draft closeout documentation for various contract types. A bachelor’s degree and at least two years of Federal closeout experience, plus strong MS Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum two years Federal contract closeout experience.
• Experience with purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, FAR/TAR/TAM processes.
• Familiar with SAM.gov, PRISM, FAR, TAR, TAM, and FTA directives.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Customer service skills; ability to manage changing priorities.

Grey Street Consulting, LLC (Grey Street), a leading small business provider of Acquisition operational support services to Federal civilian and defense agencies, is seeking to hire a Procurement Analyst (Contract Closeout Specialist) to support our client.This position is located in Washington, DC, and this position is currently being performed on-site five days a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze contract actions for closeout.
• Perform desk audits, and reconciliation of contract invoices and payments, draft closeout documentation and modifications.
• Working on contract types such as purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, Contracts (FFP, CR, TM, CPFF, and their associated task and delivery orders), Grants, and Cooperative Agreements.
• Capability of learning additional software that may be required for the position.

Requirements

Job Requirements and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least two (2) years of Federal contract closeout experience is required.
• Working knowledge of the various contract types and the processes and procedures for purchase orders, Interagency and Interagency Agreements, Contracts (FFP, CR, TM, CPFF, and their associated task and delivery orders), Grants, and Cooperative Agreements.
• Working knowledge of SAM.gov, Procurement Request Information System Management (PRISM), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR), Transportation Acquisition Manual (TAM), FTA agency directives and FTA’s Closeout Manual.
• Familiar and experienced with MS Office products, specifically extensive use of MS Excel.
• Excellent, demonstrated customer service skills.
• Flexibility with the approach to delivering work, managing multiple and changing priorities.

ADA Requirements

• Operate a PC and phone in an office environment.
• Work in a primarily sedentary position.
• Perform some bending, light lifting, and carrying of equipment may be required.
• Any additional office equipment that is required by the position.
