KDC/One Northern Labs seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead sitewide initiatives aimed at reducing losses and boosting safety, quality, productivity and cost. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma and CI tools through data analysis and coaching across shifts to deliver sustainable improvements aligned with business goals.

You will design and deliver Lean trainings, lead Kaizen events, and partner with leadership to implement daily process controls. Travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing or CI experience including leadership of improvement projects.
• Proven Lean methods, root cause analysis and data analysis to achieve improvements.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost impacts of improvements.

Aufgaben

• Utilizes Lean, Six Sigma techniques and CI tools to lead data-based decision making and measurable improvements.
• Delivers effective Continuous Improvement training programs to increase team capability.
• Co-facilitates Kaizen and 90-day Improvement events with focused teams.
• Serves as CI subject matter expert and implements daily process controls.
• Leads the CI steering committee to support annual financial and development goals.
• Creates and maintains continuous improvement roadmap for operation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
