Job summary

Allegis Group Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Specialist II to partner with client hiring managers and staffing vendors, driving complex requisitions and data-driven insights to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This hybrid role supports strategic engagement and continuous process improvements. The candidate will mentor junior staff, lead supplier reviews, and develop customized reports, leveraging advanced Excel skills and CRM/VMS tools to optimize contingent workforce

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing industry.
Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and requisitions.
Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on market trends, rate benchmarking, and talent availability.
Analyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
Provide guidance and support to Program Specialist I team members and contribute to training initiatives.
