Allegis Group Services, Inc. in Troy, MI, is seeking a Program Specialist II to act as a strategic partner to client hiring managers and staffing vendors. You will drive contingent workforce programs, identify process improvements, and mentor junior team members in a hybrid work setting.

You will manage complex requisitions, provide data-driven insights, and help enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency across the contingent labor lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in contingent workforce programs or staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with VMS tools and CRM systems.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requisition intake sessions with hiring managers, offering consultative guidance on market trends, rate benchmarking, and talent availability.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend sourcing strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
• Analyze requisition and fulfillment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and deliver customized reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and procedures.
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and recommend corrective actions or recognition.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers.
• Oversee complex worker assignment changes and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Provide guidance and support to Program Specialist I team members.
• Share best practices and contribute to training initiatives
