Job summary

PIMCO Europe Ltd. seeks a Global Program Manager to lead the firm’s contingent workforce program globally. This role acts as the end-to-end owner for engagements, contract governance, supplier management, and technology enablement.

The successful candidate will partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure engagements are compliant, efficient, and scalable across jurisdictions, focusing on governance, risk, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience managing global contingent workforce programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as global process owner for contingent workforce program lifecycle.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts (staffing agency, SOW, MSP, consultant).
• Oversee vendor governance, risk, and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Lead integration with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, and business units.
• Maintain Beeline, ServiceNow, and Workday workflows for onboarding, extensions, terminations.
