Job summary

LPL Financial in Fort Mill, SC is seeking an Analyst for Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to support the Contingent Workforce Program and internal partners. The role emphasizes change and process management to enable SSP and contingent labor initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a medium-to-large enterprise or 1+ years in sourcing, VMS, MSP, recruiting, operations, workforce or contingent labor support.
• MS Office skills including Excel, SharePoint, Word and Power Point.
• Experience in managing multiple projects, with an ability to prioritize workload based on business needs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Contingent Workforce Program (CWF) in day-to-day operations including onboarding, offboarding, monitoring end dates, processing extensions and answering questions.
• Support Contingent Labor Program request queues in a timely manner and within SLA.
• Assist with creating, managing, distributing and maintaining weekly and monthly status reports for all active requisitions within VMO.
• Identify cost and operational efficiencies and bring thought leadership.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop strategy, policy or issue resolution.
• Represent SSP strategies, policies and goals across the firm.
• Assist with posting on job boards and manage posting dates and notifications.
• Compile monthly Resource Planning reports and distribute CWF statistics.
