Job summary

You will work with boards, presidents, and senior leaders to advance financial and mission goals, delivering insights through diverse formats and tailoring guidance to partner needs.

The role emphasizes terrain mastery, content delivery, and collaboration with research teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of post-grad professional experience or 4+ years with advanced degree
• Superior verbal, written, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to create a compelling narrative through data visualization, graphics, and slides
• Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills; ability to engage and challenge senior executives
• Experience working with client executives at colleges, universities, districts, or K-12 schools, or as a consultant/advisor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain expertise across research terrains and deliver strategic guidance to senior leaders
• Deliver EAB’s viewpoint through phone consultations, virtual meetings, conferences, and on campus presentations
• Diagnose partner problems, guide decisions, and suggest evidence-based solutions
• Collaborate with research customer success to scale delivery and support new partner development
• Generate original insights and content in assigned areas (blogs, briefings, presentations)
• Travel 40-50% and spend ~80% of time in market with partners
