Dynamic Group is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for construction-related roles, from sourcing to onboarding, and partner with managers to forecast staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has construction industry knowledge, excellent interviewing skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings while building a strong candidate pipeline and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in construction-related environments.
• Knowledge of construction industry labor markets and roles.
• Experience sourcing for both field and office positions.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with HR leaders to forecast staffing needs and define strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social networks, referrals, and events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage ATS records.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
