Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Sourcer or Recruiter to support Build Operations and Design-Build functions, partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to drive strategic, full-cycle recruitment in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate has a track record in operational recruiting, talent assessment, interview processes, and creating exceptional candidate experiences from outreach through offer. Strong sourcing skills and use of ATS/LinkedIn Recruiter are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ to 10+ years of recruiting experience with a proven ability to develop and execute successful sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience supporting hiring within construction, operations, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments preferred.
• Strong track record of partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Demonstrated experience conducting candidate interviews, recruiter screens, and talent assessments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions and deliver high-quality talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs, hiring goals, and talent strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across construction, operations, project management, engineering support, and corporate functions.
• Conduct recruiter screens, candidate assessments, and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-quality talent.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview scheduling with a seamless candidate experience.
