Southland Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, source, and engage top talent for a remote, full-cycle recruiting role serving an assigned business unit. You will collaborate with TA leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate brings construction recruiting experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as a recruiter within the construction industry required.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers to understand needs and sell opportunities to candidates.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including passive recruiting, Boolean searching, and cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, passive search, internal talent communities, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with TA Coordinators, Hiring Managers, and Candidates.
• Maintain candidate records in Workday and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
