Job summary

Just-Building-Inc, a growing construction company, is seeking a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping the company expand by building strong client relationships and contributing innovative ideas that drive sales and long-term growth.

We are looking for someone with experience selling residential construction and remodeling services, particularly roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in construction.
• Experience selling residential and remodeling services (roofing, siding, windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology and materials.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-starter with time-management and independent work ability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Bring creative, strategic ideas to grow client base and enter new markets.
• Understand client needs and communicate our services and capabilities.
• Prepare and present estimates, quotes, and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate client records.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company.
• Represent the company professionally in all client and industry interactions.
