The ideal candidate has a marketing or business degree with several years of product sales experience, deep industry knowledge, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field and five (5) years product sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in business-to-business selling and sales strategy development.
• Knowledge of construction industry and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to forecast, plan and drive sales across product lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product line to meet financial goals and monitor performance against competitors.
• Plan and manage sales efforts; optimize purchasing schedule.
• Visit customers on job sites to initiate sales and provide support.
• Develop short and long-range product line strategies and profitability analysis.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate purchases; arrange service and warranty activity.
• Deliver product presentations and trainings to sales force and customers.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing, and Purchasing to optimize sales initiatives.
• Analyze consumer trends and channel dynamics to maximize competitive edge.
• Drive value-added sales and manage complex proposals to maximize customer satisfaction.
