Brothers RDC Paving LLC is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to identify, develop, and maintain client relationships in the construction and paving sector. You will own your assigned accounts and drive revenue growth through effective communication of the company's capabilities.

The ideal candidate will understand bidding, estimating, and project execution, with strong presentation and negotiation skills to secure new and repeat business.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant past sales experience.
• Experience selling construction services, asphalt or concrete is preferred.
• Experience selling to managers and directors.
• Experience managing entire project cycle from start to close.
• Strategic in finding new business using technical knowledge.
• Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans.
• Good management presence, communication skills, and credibility.
• Forecasting and business reporting responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Use CRM, bid preparation and cost software.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new and existing clients to deliver value and grow revenue.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and project management on proposals.
• Participate in bid reviews and preconstruction meetings to align scope.
• Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and understand client needs.
• Attend networking events to promote services.
• Provide feedback on market opportunities and operational improvements.
• Identify new and emerging vertical markets.
• Provide consultative sales approach to clients.
