Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced risk professional who has supported large-scale construction projects.

You will bring experience delivering risk management for capital programs across sectors such as data centers, infrastructure, aviation and energy, working with multidisciplinary teams and clients. This on-site role requires strong communication, analytical skills and a proactive approach to improving risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in Program Management or Program Controls environment.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with ARM, Predict, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to enable risk cost profiling.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and assess the remaining risk budget.
• Produce risk reports to support communication of status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Lead end-to-end risk management across multiple projects.
• Create risk management plans and processes per client requirements.
• Coordinate with program controls to integrate risk with cost and schedule management.
