Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will support large-scale projects with exposure to data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation and energy sectors.

You will manage risk, support contingency planning, and collaborate with client teams and contractors to optimize project outcomes. The role emphasizes risk identification, stakeholder communication, and quantitative risk assessment across cost and schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying or related field.
Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in program controls or risk management.
Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation and techniques.

Responsibilities

Maintain visibility of risk triggers to support risk budgeting and retirement of threats and opportunities.
Use risk data to inform investment planning and monitor overall risk exposure.
Lead risk reviews, develop response plans, and report status to stakeholders.
Perform quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
Create risk management plans in line with client requirements and frameworks.
Collaborate with program controls teams to integrate risk with cost and schedule management.
