Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team, bringing extensive risk experience on large-scale construction and capital projects. You will support sectors including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences and energy & natural resources, with exposure to complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities include end-to-end risk management, risk budgeting, reporting and integration with project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience in program management or program controls.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification and techniques.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of construction contracts and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk trigger points for profiling and risk budgeting.
• Inform investment planning with risk data.
• Monitor risk exposure and remaining budget.
• Produce risk reports to communicate status to clients.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost/schedule).
• Develop and improve risk management services for the client.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans per client requirements.
• Coordinate with cost/schedule teams to integrate risk.
• Support knowledge transfer within the team and to clients.
