The role involves coordinating risk assessments, cost control, and schedule risk, while collaborating with program controls and client stakeholders to deliver outcomes within budget and on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
• Experience with procurement and contract management.
• Program Management or Program Controls experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk triggers to profile risk cost and budget.
• Use risk data to inform investment planning.
• Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining budget.
• Prepare risk reports for timely communication of status.
• Perform quantitative risk assessment for contingency levels.
• Lead end-to-end risk management on multiple projects.
• Create risk management plans per client requirements.
• Collaborate with project controls teams to improve processes.
