Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk management across large-scale construction programs. You will develop and implement SOPs, risk frameworks, and governance while conducting complex risk assessments and leading risk workshops with stakeholders across contractor, engineering, construction, procurement, and project controls.

Qualifications

• College Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
• Experience in Project Management on large-scale construction programs.
• Solid working proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent presentation skills and client-facing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, risk frameworks, templates, and best practices across the program.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments, including Monte Carlo simulations, CRA, and SRA.
• Lead risk workshops and maintain the project risk register with proper scoring and updates.
• Support risk governance across multiple projects and programs.
• Maintain visibility of risk triggers and monitor risk budgets and residual risk.
