Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Risk Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience supporting large-scale construction projects across data centers, infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

Responsibilities include risk profiling, cost and schedule risk analysis, reporting, and collaboration with contractors and project teams to drive effective risk management and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction, cost management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in risk, program controls, or similar.
• Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation and techniques.
• Familiarity with contracts, commercial models, and delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility of risk triggers to support risk budgeting and retirement of threats or opportunities.
• Produce risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform contingency levels.
• Lead risk management end-to-end across multiple projects/programs.
• Create risk management plans aligned with client requirements and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cost and schedule teams to integrate risk insights.
